Please allow 24-48 hours for products to be prepared and shipped after you placed your order. Please note that orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays (GMT+8) will be processed on the following Monday. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you.
Normally, our products reach our customers within 7-14 business days after shipping date. We have experienced delays when shipping to certain countries due to the processing time taken by the customs. If you do not receive your product after that period, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will look into it.
Coronavirus update: due to the coronavirus situation, there are various degrees of postal delay in different parts of the world. For all Hong Kong orders, we recommend choosing SF Express upon checkout to avoid delay caused by temporary closure of the Hong Kong Post. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any questions or concerns regarding deliveries.
Import taxes and duties

Wrong address disclaimer
Please ensure that the correct address is provided upon placement of your order. Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours after placement. If you realise that you have put down a wrong address in your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Once a parcel has been sent out, it will not be possible to change the delivery address. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address details and you request to reship the parcel, additional shipping fees will apply.
