We guarantee to exchange your order, no questions asked, as long as the following conditions are satisfied!
Condition of polewear
The product for exchange must be unused, pristine and in the same condition as originally shipped. Packaging bags must be returned together with the polewear. Tags and hygiene stickers must not be removed.
A product which does not satisfy the above conditions is not eligible for exchange. We can send it back to you, at an additional shipping cost of HKD100 (approximately USD13).
You must send us an email to request a product exchange within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of your order. We rely on the mail service's records for the time of delivery.
Please do not ship your product to us until we have confirmed that you are within the eligible period of exchange.
Product exchanges are processed within one week of our receipt of your original order. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
We will send an exchanged product to you at no extra costs to you. However, the costs of returning your original product to us are not covered.
An exchanged product will be shipped to the same address as the original order. If you would like to change the delivery address, please indicate so when you request an exchange.
Sale merchandise are not eligible for exchanges.
